Il blazer è uno dei capi più versatili in assoluto. Dall’ufficio alla serata a cena fuori con il vostro lui, questo must have  si adegua a tutte le circostanze e dona una silhouette perfetta a tutte.

Noi donne mediterranee potremmo dire, dobbiamo scegliere un modello che possa evitare di far risaltare i nostri fianchi.La scelta ideale ricade sui modelli con uno o due bottoni e con reverse ampi che possano attirare l’attenzione sul seno e sulle spalle. Ricordate  che anche la lunghezza è importante, la scelta ideale?È  quella ad un terzo del sedere di modo da non ampliare il fianco, ma renderlo proporzionato.

Ma  come indossarlo?

La maggior parte dei blazer si può indossare davvero con tutto, dai pantaloni neri skinny ai jeans boyfriend  e dalle t-shirt bianche alle camicette decorate.Se scegliete di utilizzarlo in ufficio abbinateci un top in seta e un pantalone skinny. Se invece lo scegliete per l’aperitivo con le amiche indossatelo nella maniera più glam che ci sia ovvero come soprabito con una cintura in vita, il risultato sarà assicurato.

GLOW is a light art festival which is organised by the GLOW Eindhoven foundation

This event every year in November illuminate the city of Eindhoven.GLOW can be described as an exhibition in the public space of Eindhoven of 35 famous national and international light artists. The light artworks are connected by a walking route.

Besides the light artworks and numerous side events there are also innovative, unique works of art that are created by young talents.

This year Riccardo and me we have been invited as guest for an amazing preview and now I really want to share with you the 2018 route.

The year’s theme is called ‘Shadows & Light’.  “Every picture has its shadows. And it has some source of light. Blindness, blindness and sight”. (Joni Mitchell)

No light without shadows, no image without content. With this year’s theme GLOW 2018 searches for this duality. Effectively, it’s not only about the ultimate contrast between black and white, but also about much and little, inside and outside, restraint and abundance…light and shadow. Within the contradiction, the story is born; there’s no experience without contrast. ‘Shadows’ and ‘Light’ lacking, we would find ourselves in a grey landscape in which life evaporates.

The GLOW mission statement for the coming years is concise and convincing:

“Eindhoven makes the difference in Light Art”.

On of the nicer part of the city was for sure the Chinese one.This year, the Glow collaborated with Chinese light artists.

We also saw the gorgeous lights made by  Kari Kola,a deep blue light using a high-power system. The dynamics of the area are focused on the  Pullman Hotel . But don’t underestimate the strength of simplicity: this light art work is visible up to 2 kilometres into the sky and from 20 kilometres away. And the Eindhoven’s sky was amazing!

Catharinakerk was gorgeous !  The light work over there was Confluence that means “flow together” and this idea of two opposite parts merging at some point was the beginning to explore this concept for a new show. In what way, colour and form, could reflect this duality in light and shadow; black and white; dark and colour.

As every year The Glow enchants all Eindhoven citizens and beyond, in fact people cames here from every where!

 Every time I dream about food I  can only imagine chocolate fountains , ice cream, million and million of  m & m’s jumping in my dish, and a huge variety of toppings!

Thanks God less than  a month, my dream come true. Right here in Eindhoven has opened its super lekker  doors to us  the new Eindhoven’s paradise food-place: Waffelicious.

Waffelicious born thanks to creative mind of Mr. Yama Waziri , a young man from Germany who finished his masters
studies in Business Management and Entrepreneurship and worked as a consultant for the Allianz AG in Germany before coming to the Netherlands.

Since he always wanted to start his own business and worked for many years in the F&B industry next to his studies, he felt that now is the right time doing so. Since he always liked the Netherlands and the dutch culture, he thought that
especially Eindhoven was a very interesting spot to start with the Waffelicious concept. So full of passion he decided to open here in Eindhoven the first store and I was there just one week ago!

The location is very nice, and easy to reach since is in the city centre (less than 5 min from the station). the best part of this idea is for sure that we  can create our  own waffle every time new. So, every waffle  is customized and unique.

There are 4 Steps To Happiness  to follow  before eat our waffle:

1. Chose the  base; which can be Nutella, Peanut Butter, White chocolate or Appelmoes.
2. Chose the  fruits
3. Chose toppings
4. Make your waffle special; we  can chose from a variation of chocolates or ice creams.

At Waffelicious they  offer different variations of fresh made waffles with  fruits,  chocolates and ice cream.

The way to  present the waffle is unique in the Netherlands, also because is customized with our name! Plus the size of our waffle quite big, so you can have it easily as ameal during lunch, in the afternoon or even as diner. All these at a very competitive price. Next to waffles  they  offer delicious milkshakes, coffee and cold beverages.

We choose two amazing waffles( thanks also to the secret recipe made by Yama) with chocolate, m&m’s, Oreo and Ice-cream and trust me they were super good!

And if you don’t have enough time to eat you can have your waffle to go or use the  home delivery.

When woman think about which shoes buy to make bigger their collection,  they just think about high stilettos,  over-the-knee boots and amazing , but honestly not comfortable at all, fancy shoes.

The good news is that finally, is time to get in to the slippers.

Super comfortable and so stylish  the slippers are the perfect all-season shoes.

 With a flat sole and easy slip-on style, the slippers mule shoe trend is certainly one we can get behind—and suggest you quickly do too.

But to wear those shoes?

You can try slippers with a pair of basic mom’s jeans  as I did, I think is the perfect combo. Of course you will fall in love after once and you ‘ll gonna wear with all your clothes. Is just very important to  choose monochromatic layers ensures the attention is on your flashy new shoes, not the fact that they’re fighting your striped pants and cartoon-knit sweater for attention. Slippers are mostly fair game, but one thing to remember here: they almost always look best sans socks and with a little ankle showing, so opt for a shorter pant or give your tapered leg jeans a double roll.

As I told you before, they are all season shoes, so because now is still cold in The Nl, I decided to wear them with a glitter pair of socks.But I’m already thinking about wearing them in spring and summer with bare legs and my beloved midi skirt!

Back from my holidays I really need to take back my energy with an amazing breakfast, that’s why I went to SNCBR a lovely  place in Eindhoven, from breakfast to lunch.

The creative brain behind SNCKBR gives the traditional cafeteria a conscious and biological recipe. Sins are being sanctified in a snack bar where nutritional value and ingredients are the guide, but taste determinative. Pure and biological ingredients go over to the dark side for comfort food that is terribly tasty, moderate in fat, free from sophisticated sugars and, where possible, gluten-free, carbohydrate, vegetarian or vegan.

At SNCKBR, the health guru or part time carefree urbanist cares with care. Who uses a SNCKBR shoarma or zucchini spaghetti during the day, shifts in the evening for a drink of vegetable chips at the bar. The same seamless transition is reflected in the SNCKBR decor developed by Too Much Agencies. The interior seems nostalgic to the glory times of the traditional snack bar with warm seventies colors, rounded shapes and green marble tables. Coffee and cocktails are comfortably matched and the brasserie runs smoothly in a cafeteria with automation for quick snacks. Like the all day menu, the interior is as durable as possible thanks to the use of natural materials in construction and decoration.

Following the success of the first two branches, SNCKBR opens today a first location here in  Eindhoven. Local entrepreneurs Gert-Jan van der Zee and Thijs Marques picked up the healthy food café in collaboration with SNCKBR-FNDRS Allon Kijl, Melle Schellekens and Marco van Veldhooven from Amsterdam to the south of the Netherlands. The light city becomes the bright city.

We had an amazing breakfast with AÇAI BOWL  with Amandelmilk,  Coconut , Banana and Blueberry, ( so delicious) and a gorgeous DR.BROWNIE  with chocolate !

Of course we tried also the shakes:THE NUTTY BANOFFEE( a perfect combo of  peanut butter | Banana | Coconut lagoon | Coconut blend caramel and crispy Banana chips) and  THE SUGADADDY  with  brownie  vanille ice cream cacao  and cocnut!

Questo ultimo week end sono stata libera dal lavoro finalmente e ho potuto godermi una bella giornata nella mia città Eindhoven, con la mia amica Francesca.C’è da dire che nonostante il cielo grigio e i due gradi(immaginate il freddo) ho potuto godere di uno degli eventi più bella della nostra città la Dutch Design Week.Si tratta di una sorta di Fashion Week dedicata al design, appunto , che ogni anno ad ottobre presenta il lavoro e le idee di oltre 2500 progettisti. La Dutch Design si svolge in più di 100 sedi in tutta la città che diventa cosi’ una sorta di museo a cielo aperto dove è possibile non solo visualizzare i lavori ma anche vivere l’evento attraverso manifestazioni, dibattiti, eventi e feste. Per questa giornata out door ho scelto un look comodo ma femminile composto da una gonna in ecopelle e una camicia a quadri. I pezzi forte del look sono sicuramente il giubbino e le scarpe di cui voglio raccontarvi qualcosina in pièù. Le stringate glitterate sono la capsule collection di Alessia Milanese  per Deichmann e le trovo bellissime e comodissime(brava Alessia!) e ho deciso di abbinarle ai calzini a righe Altomilano .

Il giubbino invece è Punto12 un brand nato nel 2012 che ha come mission la realizzazione di una collezione di giacche che racchiuda al tempo stesso la leggerezza del duvet e della più pregiata piuma d’oca con il gesto quotidiano del vestire e dello stile italiano. Materiali e fit perfetto sono le caratteristiche principali del prodotto Puntododici che racconta uno sportswear easy chic, dal gusto moderno. Ogni stagione viene declinata in collezioni uomo e donna, in cui sperimentazioni di stile e cura del dettaglio si intrecciano con il DNA del brand.In questi scatti indosso il modello Nadia bicolore con cappuccio…e devo dire che è caldissimo ed è stato la mia fortuna vista la giornata freddissima!

La giornata è stata bellissima, e se passate da queste parti in questo periodo vi invito a non perdervi questo evento favoloso!

Il mondo a colori è uno spettacolo meraviglioso. Ma a volte la sicurezza e quelle certezze proprie del nostro animo si possono ritrovare solo in un colore, il più sicuro:il nero. Il nero non è solo una tonalità da utilizzare per dipingere la tela della nostra vita, ma spesso è anche il porto sicuro dove approdare. La culla dei nostri pensieri più intimi. La risposta alle domande che frullano in testa in una notte di inizio estate, quando l’insonnia ti coglie all’improvviso e tutte le camomille del mondo non bastano per farti cadere nelle braccia di Morfeo. Il nero è una dimensione, a volte anche uno stato d’animo solo nostro, che no vogliamo( e no dobbiamo) condividere.Forever black.Non solo nell’outfit ma anche nello spazio interno di un’anima fragile, apparentemente forte e imbattibile. Nero come questo look, a metà fra l’estate (rappresentata dai primi giorni di Luglio) e l’autunno, quasi gelido, che si respira nell’aria olandese.Nero come questa meravigliosa gonna a ruota in morbidissimo pizzo, che mi fa sentire subito leggera ma allo stesso tempo speciale. Nero come le ballerine, comodissimi e scintillanti. Forever black il mio motto.Perchè comunque vada un posto dove tornare dopo la tempesta ce lo avrò sempre.Per sempre.

Sono una sbadata in questo periodo. Dimentico tutto, a volti tutti.E così l’altro giorno mentre mettevo in ordine il pc (operazione che ha richiesto un pomeriggio intero)ho ritrovato una cartella outfit con un look scattato qualche mese fa e che udite udite non avevo ancora pubblicato! La tendenza è quella del Camel Coat ( capo protagonista dello scorso inverno e anche della prossima fredda stagione) che tra l’altro vi avevo presentato già qui . Questa volta l’ho abbinato ad un abito decisamente non convenzionale della stilista Zoe Jayne giovane fashion designer Inglese.L’abito è semplicissimo fino alla caviglia dove delle sobrie piume decorano l’orlo. Gli accessori sono sparkling una collana importante e degli stivaletti luccicanti. L’inverno sarà anche passato (dalle vostre parti sopratutto) ma questo look andava mostrato non credete?Anche se magari mi starete leggendo dal vostro cellulare in costume sul lettino in riva al mare ….in quel caso sappiate che vi sto invidiando!A domani con un look decisamente più adatto a questo mese Kiss

I am confused in this period. I forget everything!Yesterday I was sorting the PC (operation that required a whole afternoon) and I found a folder with an outfit took a few months ago! It’s all about  the Camel Coat king of last winter and also for next winter . For this look I combined it with an unconventional dress made by Zoe Jayne I also wearing a sparkling statement necklace and shiny boots. The winter  is ended  and  probably you are reading me from your mobile  in front the sea and I’m so jealous but I can’t wait to show you this look ! Qualche tempo fa su Glamour avevo scritto un articolo in merito alle tendenze in fatto di capelli per questa estate 2016. Le boxer braids, più comunemente conosciute come le trecce del pugile e sono il trend assoluto del momento ( e fra l’altro sono anche delle comode alleate contro il caldo !) Si tratta di un’acconciatura pratica, comoda e adatta a vari tipi di occasioni. Realizzarle è semplicissimo! Basta fare due classiche trecce ai lati del capo, partendo dalla sommità della testa e svilupparle separate e il gioco è fatto. In realtà io porto le boxer braids sin da quando ero bambina perchè a mia mamma sono sempre piaciute ( e poi è bravissima a farle!)In virtù di questo come potevo io sottrarmi a questo trend? Eccomi qui con le mie belle trecce di nuovo sul mio sfondo preferito i murales e con un total look Pois composto dagli amatissimi Mom’s Jeans e un blazer oversize.Vita alta, gamba dritta che si stringe sulla caviglia, i mom’s sono rigidi in vero jeans, non elasticizzati  come questi che indosso e ai quali ho appunto abbinato una giacca rosa quartz oversize dal taglio sartoriale.Questi due capi fanno parte della collezione Pois primavera estate 2016 realizzata per una donna ironica che gioca con il guardaroba della mamma: abiti desiderabili e facili da abbinare, per vestire le tante occasioni di vita che si svolgono nella quotidianità della città e delle vacanze e ispirata allo stile pop e romantic anni 50.Quando mi sono guardata allo specchio oltre quelle trecce sono riuscita a vedere di nuovo quella bambina che giocava spensierata nel cortile di casa…quella che sognava di baciare il rospo del laghetto e vederlo trasformarsi in un bellissimo principe azzurro.Oggi che sono una donna, il mio principe l’ho trovato, e forse anche un pò di felicità….ma i ricordi vivono per sempre dentro di noi e così ho deciso anche di indossarli scegliendo questo braccialetto Rue Des Mille collezione I sogni son Desideri. Un delicato bracciale placcato in oro rosè con un dolcissimo principe ranocchio(ma questo è solo una delle bellissime proposte dell’azienda!)…perchè infondo se non si è mai troppo grandi per portare le trecce non si è nemmeno mai troppo grandi per sognare! Quante volte ci capita di cadere? Quante volte abbiamo paura di fallire? Quante volte lo sguardo di un estraneo ci imbarazza? Quante volte ci scoraggiamo ancor prima di partire’ Tante. Troppe. L’essere umano è fragile. Fragile come lo è una foglia che si lascia trasportare dal vento. Cosi’ noi.Sempre in attesa che la fortuna arrivi dal cielo. Sempre a lamentarsi che tutto va male. Che tutto è brutto. Che il mondo ci è contro. Colpa del “destino”, colpa delle stelle…chi lo sa…ma colpa di qualcuno sicuro. Gli uomini e le donne, esseri cosi’ complessi che a volte faticano a capirsi gli uni con gli altri. Che a volte, anzicchè sostenersi, si remano contro. Esseri della stessa specie che si odiano, che si invidiano e che a volte (purtroppo) arrivano ad uccidersi tra loro. Esseri umani che si arrendono difronte alle difficoltà. Giovani che si arrendono difronte l’ignoranza del bulletto di turno.Esseri umani che non credono in sè stessi. E nemmeno nei loro sogni. Non c’è nulla di più sbagliato del non credere in un sogno, sopratutto se quel sogno è il NOSTRO.

Non bisogna arrendersi mai, bisogna sempre lottare per ottenere ciò che si vuole, per raggiungere i propri obbiettivi. Bisogna credere in se stessi, non mollare mai, non cedere mai difronte alle normali insidie che la vita ci presenta. Non è destino, non sono le stelle :è semplicemente il normale percorso della vita.

Forse ora tutto sembra nero, ma se non smettiamo di crederci alla fine il sole tornerà.

E’ stata una settimana intensa, e anche noi stavamo per cedere al luogo comune secondo tutti “la colpa è tutta dell’universo”. Ma non abbiamo smesso di crederci, nè di lottare.

Oggi tra questo sole alto, giallo e caldo indosso una tee che rispecchia la mia filosofia di vita a pieno,  e un look rock per donne forti che non mollano nonostante tutto.Spero possa essere da spunto di riflessione per tutte quelle volte che ci sfiora l’idea che dobbiamo mollare, che non siamo “abbastanza”… che il mondo è brutto.

Se credi in te stesso sei già a metà dell’opera.
